I realize this is a song by and about Okies, but I really like the fiddle playing in this song. Plus, Jason Boland is about the coolest Okie I can think of.

ReplyDeleteMy friend Jimmy is from Crane but he tells people he's from Midland, because nobody knows where Crane is much, around here anyway :-) His dad sold oil field tools and he was a well hand and driller before he became a Mean Green Marine and went to explore South East Asia.
